We are proud to offer a wholesale program for retailers. We have put together a dealer program that we believe is light on restrictions and heavy on flexibility.
Dealer Establishment Requirements
To qualify as a retailer of Backroads Bluebird Boxes, we require you be a registered retail business. We will ask you to fax us a copy, or email us a scanned copy, of your re-sale certificate. We do allow online retailers as long as you have a regularly maintained stand-alone retail website. You can sell our nest boxes through other online sales platforms besides your website as long as your website is your primary online sales outlet.

Ordering Guidelines
Once we have received your signed dealer agreement and re-sale certificat copy, you can begin ordering any time. We have no minimum order--you can order any quantity you want. However, we do charge a $10.00 "small order fee" for orders of less than 6 nest boxes.
Orders of ten or more boxes will be made-to-order, and we will quote you an estimated delivery date. If the quantity is less than 30 boxes, we will usually be able to produce and ship them within 7 business days.
For smaller orders, we will ship your order to you within 48 business hours of your payment.
We request that orders be placed by email to boxes4bluebirds@yahoo.com. If, and only if, you do not have access to email, we can accept phoned-in orders to our customer service line at 1-800-957-7649.
All orders are shipped from Colorado via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Standard. Very large orders may be shipped by freight. You may request expedited shipping at the additional cost.
Drop-Shipping
We do support drop-shippping (direct shipping) to your customers residing within the United States. Our drop-ship fee is $5.00 per address plus a cost pass-through on the postage cost. The $10.00 small order fee does not apply to drop-ship orders. We will ship your drop-ship order within 48 business hours of payment for the order unless the order is for ten or more boxes, in which case we will quote a turn-around time. Ordering procedures for drop-ship orders are the same as for traditional orders as stated above.
Payment
At this time, we do not support net terms. All orders must be paid in advance either by credit card, Paypal or mailed check.
As part of your account set-up process, we recommend that you provide us with a credit card number to keep on file so that all future orders can be automatically billed to your card. As an alternative, we can also invoice you via email for your order and have you submit a payment through Paypal or send us a check or money order in the mail. We do require that your payment clears before we send product to you or your customers.
