Your purchase is supported by a 30-day customer satisfaction return policy. You can return any item you purchased from us for a full refund including the initial shipping charges as long as the item is in re-sellable condition.
If, in the very unusual circumstance, you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace your item immediately at no charge to you. We may ask that you return the damaged/defective product to us at our expense. Bluebird nest boxes and nest box kits are, by nature, imperfect. Minor imperfections do not make the boxes defective. Although you can return the box for a refund for any reason, and that refund includes your initial shipping charges, we do not reimburse return shipping unless there is a major defect or breakage.
It is impossible to guarantee that you will have nesting bluebirds as there are numerous factors that influence that besides the boxes themselves. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on the basis that no bluebirds have used the box unless you are within the 30-day return policy time frame. Keep in mind that sometimes it takes more than one season for bluebirds to discover your nest box.
